Website packages

The price shown is for the scope listed on the package. Work starts when you've paid and sent the details we ask for. Delivery times run from the day we receive those details. Each package includes the number of change rounds listed; extra changes or extra pages are quoted before we do them. Domain names and hosting are paid to the provider and are not included.

You own the finished website and its content once it's paid for. We may mention the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

SEO plans

SEO plans are rolling monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and the plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Search rankings depend on Google and Bing, so we can't guarantee particular positions or traffic; we guarantee the work listed in your plan.

AI chatbot plan

The chatbot plan is a rolling monthly subscription, billed in advance through Stripe, with no setup fee and no minimum term. We build the assistant from your website and anything you send us, and keep it running and updated while you're subscribed. It answers from that information only; it can still occasionally get something wrong, so it is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and you should tell us if you spot a wrong answer so we can fix it. Cancel any time and it is switched off at the end of the month you've paid for.

AI tools and automation

Prices marked "from" are a starting point. We agree a fixed price and scope in writing before any work begins.

Cancelling and refunds

If you're buying as a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days, we'll refund the payment minus the value of the work already done. If you're buying for a business, you can cancel a one-off package before work starts for a full refund; once work has started, we'll refund any part not yet delivered. If something we deliver isn't as described, tell us and we'll put it right.

Your content

You're responsible for having the right to use any text, images and logos you send us. We'll handle any personal data you share in line with our privacy policy.
