Ask a plain question about PIP or Universal Credit and get a plain answer, with the GOV.UK guidance it came from linked underneath it. It points you at the official guidance rather than pretending to be an adviser, and it says so when the guidance does not cover your question.

The Curry Index

Nobody knows what a chicken tikka masala actually costs in Bradford. So we built a voice agent that rings curry houses, asks politely, thanks them, and writes the answer down. The prices go on a public map that anyone can use.

It is a real voice agent doing a real job on real phone lines, which is the whole point. The same stack that asks about a curry can take a booking, chase an invoice or answer the phone out of hours.
