Will it work on my website?
Almost certainly. It's added with one short line of code, which works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy and hand-built sites. If you don't manage your site yourself, we'll send the line to whoever does.
What if it gives a customer the wrong answer?
It's set up to answer only from your website and anything you send us, and to say "I don't know, please contact us" rather than guess. We test it before it goes live, and you can try it yourself first.
What happens when my prices or hours change?
Update your website as normal and send us a quick email. We refresh the assistant's knowledge as part of your plan.
Is there a contract?
No. It's rolling monthly with no minimum term. Cancel any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us, and it stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
Is my customers' data safe?
The assistant doesn't ask for personal details, and conversations are used only to run and improve your assistant. We're a UK company and follow UK GDPR. See our privacy policy for the details.
Can it take bookings or collect enquiries?
The standard plan points people to your existing booking page or contact form. If you want it to take bookings or collect enquiries itself, ask us: that's a custom AI tool, priced separately.
Is the demo I was sent the same thing?
It's the same technology, built automatically from your website in about a minute. The paid version is set up and checked by a person, uses your colours and logo, and stays on your site. Demos are deleted after 30 days.
