IN-HOUSE · 30 AGENTS · RUNNING DAILY

Meet Connor.

A one-person studio has an obvious problem: the person has to sleep. Connor is our answer. It's a team of thirty AI agents that runs Damon Dynamics around the clock: it writes and ranks articles, finds and writes to new clients, tests trading strategies on paper, makes phone calls, and keeps watch over everything we've built.

Connor isn't for sale. It's here because every part of it is something we build for clients, and because it's the honest answer to how a studio this small ships this much.

THE INTRO · IN CONNOR'S OWN VOICE

Fifty seconds with Connor

Connor introduces itself: the website team that researches, writes, checks and ranks articles, the outreach team that finds local businesses and drafts the emails, and the one rule everything follows. Nothing important goes out until Damon taps yes on his phone.

  • The voice is Connor's own, generated on the laptop it runs on.
  • The screens are real Connor OS screens.
  • The same pieces are what we build into AI tools for clients, from £549.
The Connor command centre: the Connor core in the middle, ringed by the services and agents it runs, with system readouts, weather and the agent roster around it
The command centre. Every bubble is a service or agent Connor runs; the roster on the right shows who's live.

Six teams, thirty agents

Each agent does one job well and hands over to the next. Damon sees all of it in one place and has the final say on anything that matters.

Core 5 AGENTS

The part you talk to.

Cortex
The brain. Understands what you asked, plans the steps and picks the right tool for each one.
Ears
Listens for "Hey Connor" and turns speech into text, on the laptop, in real time.
Voice
Speaks every answer out loud in a natural British voice.
Senses
Uses the camera to notice when Damon sits down or walks away, and reads simple hand gestures.
Overseer
Watches every other agent and speaks up first when something breaks, instead of waiting to be asked.

Website team 6 AGENTS

The SEO engine behind our monthly plans.

Strategist
Picks the next article from what people actually search for, and never repeats a keyword.
Writer
Researches real sources, checks every fact against the page it came from, and writes the article.
Editor
Scores it against a 95-point SEO checklist and fixes it until it passes. Under 95, nothing is published.
Indexer
Tells Bing about every new page straight away and resubmits the sitemap to Google.
Rank Tracker
Every morning: impressions, clicks, positions and the searches each page is found for.
Refresher
Rewrites any article stuck on page two around the searches people already use to find it.

Outreach team 5 AGENTS

Finds businesses that could use our help, and writes to them properly.

Scout
Finds real UK businesses with websites, checks them against Companies House and finds the right contact.
Writer
Writes a short, specific first email for each one. No templates blasted at a list.
Builder
Builds each business a live demo of an AI assistant trained on its own website.
Postman
Sends slowly and safely, warms the domain up week by week and stops itself if too many emails bounce.
Reader
Reads the replies, respects every opt-out and flags the people who want to talk.

Trading desk 6 AGENTS

A research project in honest testing. Pretend money only.

Market Watch
Live prices and candles for the coins it follows.
Quant
Tests thousands of strategy settings on data they have never seen, after fees, and rejects most of them.
Sentinel
Reads news and social feeds for hype and alarms that could move a price.
Risk Officer
Sizes every trade, caps the risk and runs the kill switch.
Trader
Places paper trades at real prices and real fees.
Coach
Learns from every closed trade: benches what stops working and promotes what proves itself.

Content and calls 4 AGENTS

The jobs that need hands and a phone.

Caller
The Curry Index voice agent: phones curry houses on a real line and records the prices they give.
Cutter
Finds the strongest moments in long videos and cuts them into short clips.
Publisher
Posts the clips Damon approves, on schedule.
Collector
Submits the posted clips and keeps track of how they do.

Links 4 AGENTS

How Connor reaches Damon, and keeps going when the laptop sleeps.

Courier
Sends approvals and alerts to Damon's phone, with buttons to say yes, no or undo.
Cloud Connor
A smaller copy in the cloud that answers messages and keeps schedules while the laptop is off.
Dashboards
Live pages for outreach, clips, trading and the website team.
Earth
A 3D globe that shows where the work is happening.

What it looks like

Connor runs on a laptop in Bradford. These are real screens, captured from it.

Connor OS home screen: status, a command deck of jobs to run, and a box to ask Connor anything
Connor OS. The desktop app: one deck of buttons for every job, a page per team, and a box to ask it anything by typing or by voice.
The trading desk dashboard: live status, what each strategy is watching, an activity log and the equity chart against holding Bitcoin
The trading desk. Live status in plain English, what every strategy is waiting for, and an equity line measured against simply holding Bitcoin. Paper money only.

How it's built

  • A brain that runs on the laptop. An open-source language model on the laptop's own graphics card, so everyday thinking is private and costs nothing per question.
  • Speech both ways. Speech recognition on the graphics card and a natural voice, so Connor can be spoken to across the room.
  • Free models where they're good enough. Articles are written by a free cloud model and checked by code, not by hope.
  • A desktop app and live dashboards. Built in Python, with a web dashboard for each team.
  • A phone in the loop. Approvals and alerts arrive as messages with buttons, so Damon can say yes, no or undo from anywhere.
  • Tested before it ships. Automated tests check each part before a change reaches the live system.

The rules it works by

  • It never spends money, signs anything or enters a password on its own.
  • Trading is paper only: real prices and real fees, pretend money.
  • An article goes live only if it passes the 95-point check, and Damon gets an undo button the moment it does.
  • Emails are sent slowly, every one has an opt-out, and sending stops by itself if anything looks wrong.
  • Facts in articles are kept only if the source page really says them.
  • Everything it does is logged where Damon can see it.
