Damon Dynamics is a small AI studio in Bradford. We build AI tools that take the repetitive work off a business, assistants that answer from real sources, voice agents, and fast websites with SEO that keeps them climbing Google. Behind it all is one engineer and Connor, a team of thirty AI agents he built to run the place.
What we do
We build AI tools that automate the repetitive parts of a business, assistants that answer from real sources, voice agents that work on ordinary phone lines, progressive web apps with AI built in, and fast websites with SEO that keeps them climbing Google. Every one keeps a person in the loop where it matters. We also build our own products on the same stack, which keeps our advice grounded in what actually works rather than what's fashionable.
We're deliberately small. Projects are scoped to something we can build well and hand over cleanly, and you talk to the person doing the work.
Who runs it
Damon Chandio is an AI engineer. He holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science from the University of Hull and a BSc in Information Technology, and his day-to-day work covers retrieval systems, large language model applications, vector databases, FastAPI and deployment.

Why it works
Most small agencies sell hours. We sell finished work at fixed prices, because the slow, repetitive parts of every job are already automated in-house. Connor researches, drafts, checks, publishes and keeps watch; Damon makes the decisions and builds the parts that need a person.
It's also why our advice is grounded. Everything we sell, we run ourselves first: our SEO plans use the same website team that grows this site, and the AI tools we build for clients come from the ones that run our own outreach, calls and reporting.
